Why twenty-five minutes
Many people find twenty-five minutes long enough to make progress and short enough to stay focused. A short break of about five minutes afterwards helps you start the next round fresh.
Add a 25 minute task and a 5 minute task, turn on Auto-start next, and the timer moves between work and rest for you.
Good jobs for one session

Can I change the length or the look?
Pick another preset, drag the Classic dial, or choose Custom for any time up to 12 hours. Under Style you can switch to an hourglass, a candle, a progress bar and more, and pick your own colors.
